Just Right Services

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an air conditioning company. I had another company give me a quote on a repair and it was astronomical. Yes I have an older system. But a fan capacitor was all I needed for the system to be running again. Mitchell explained all of the issues and what was going on with my system. I may need some repairs in the future, but certainly not as much as what the other company wanted to do which was replaced the entire system. At some point I may have to do that and I definitely would go with this wonderful company. Thank you, Mitchell and Just Right Air Conditioning.

Our furnace went out and needed to be replaced. We reached out a number of companies for a new replacement HVAC system for our home. Just Right Services came in at a good price for a new 19 SEER heat pump system. We are extremely happy with our system choice! However, we are not pleased with how Just Right Services left our new unit on a floating base. We were told during the install that we'll have to find a contractor to come out and build a proper base for the unit. This required us to have Just Right Services to come out ($$) to uninstall/reinstall the system so the new concrete base could be built. When the technician came out for uninstall, he also questioned why his own company left this new system like this. Why didn't Just Right Services build the base prior to the installation? Or, inform us prior to installing the new system that this what needed to be done??

Great! Everything was very quick and easy. Made a same day appointment, the tech communicated about his arrival time, showed up when he said he would, was very capable, and did the job. Paid by cc on-site, receipt via email. Really couldn't ask for more!

I was so happy with my furnace service call with Just Right Services. The price quoted was very fair and they honored a coupon. Zach was so friendly and did the work needed quickly and efficiently. The appointment was late in the day but he cleaned up his mess and had a smile on his face the whole time. Just a really great guy who loves his job. We will definitely be using Just Right in the future and I’ll be requesting Zach.

Have used Just Right Services several times and always satisfied with their professionalism. Zack checked our system and found a few areas that could be addressed. He did not try to pressure us into making a decision at the time, he just advised us what he had found. All of Just Right Services technicians that have come to my residence are friendly, smiling and readily explain what they are doing.

We had a great experience working with Just Right Services. We had a larger project of removing an old furnace, the old asbestos ductwork, adding a new complete HVAC system, and cleaning the attic. Mitch came out and took the time to explain all aspects of the process and provide a quote that included everything. I did not want surprises or add-ons. All the crews working on the project were professional, cleaned up, and went the extra mile. Work was completed on schedule and Drew inspected everything and is very detail oriented. He notice some minor things that could have been left but he personally fixed things beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

This is my 3rd time service request with Just Right Services over the years. I have a heater outside that does not work time to time. They dispatched Zachary and he was on time to show-up. He quickly diagnosed and found no problem. Possible explanation for this heater problem may be that the cold temp. requiring heater to defrost the heating parts. He was very detailed and thorough. He said that my outside heater is over 10 years old but is in good condition. Just Right Services always has friendly and honest technician, and I am well taken care of. Thank you.

Mitchell was very knowledgeable and informative regarding our furnace issue. He gave us options, written estimates that covered every detail. He then left the decision making up to my husband and I with no high pressure at all. Very respectful and professional.
